The VIGIE submerged alarm system is a passive sonar system that detects sound waves inside the basin. Two sensors must be installed in the pool and connected to the power plant. An optional VIGIE MONTRE bracelet also protects a child or animal independently of submerged sensors.

How the VIGIE 255 M alarm works
The VIGIE 255 M system is made up of 2 small submerged sensors, easily integrable,an electronic alarm plant and da remote control.
It is designed to meet the requirements of NF P 90-307-1 (April 2009).
The sensor, which is the active part of the detection, is placed under the water line, making it insensitive to many surface events: falling a balloon, waves, waterfall...

This positioning allows the use of the VIGIE system on all types of basins, equipped with bar covers or automatic covers. The alarm plant, which is also equipped with a powerful siren, is powered on an area.

A backup battery ensures the operation of the plant, in case of sector cuts.

The system can be neutralized by voluntary action at the time of swimming. It automatically reactivates after 10 minutes, in case the pool remains unused.

If a bathing activity is detected, the system automatics the timeout by a succession of periods of 2 minutes.

Two sensors must be installed. However, in the case of large swimming pools, free shapes or equipped with integrated cleaning systems, it is possible to use up to four sensors.

The complete VIGIE 255 kit includes:
-1 management power plant with built-in siren
-2 pre-wired digital signal processing piezoelectric sensors (20m cable)
-1 backup battery (12V/2Ah)
-1 charger 240V AC / 14V DC
-1 4-button radio remote control, allowing you to control the system remotely and manage the wintering function (delivered with battery)

The VIGIE kit comes in two versions:
-With sensors to stick on the wall of the pool
-With sensors to be installed on 2 wall crossings

As an option, the Alarm kit can also be delivered with:
-An unlimited number of VIGIE Watch bracelets
-2 wireless pre-alarm systems including a CORVIGIE door opening detector and/or IREXVIGIE presence detector
